Biography
Marco Rocchetti is a registered professional Mechanical Engineer in Italy inscribed in the register of Engineers of Ancona. He is a 2006 graduate from the Università Politecnica delle Marche where he attained his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in energy and thesis entitled “Wind analysis in complex orography systems.†In 2007 he attend at Polytechnic of Milan and IUAV University of Venice for the RIDEF postgraduate Master Courses focused on “energy efficiency, renewable energy, energy context and decentralized planning.†Marco is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) in Italy and has experience in various sectors of plant engineering, has previously worked for an ESCO and is expert in Energy Auditing development and technical economic feasibility studies for energy saving, especially in CHP and MCHP systems. He has also taught energy management courses at the Politecnico di Milano and has served as co-coordinator in research projects involving the prototyping of renewable technologies and patent drafting. His is competent in mechanical design with 3D CAD and Pro-Engineering.
